Items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for store credit or exchange of another item. Items must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original receipt, gift box, with all warranty cards and explanation booklets/manuals intact. Special Orders, closeouts, altered pieces (including ring sizing), and custom made pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and maybe used for purchases only.
