Yes, we are still here!

Friday the 13th of June was a disaster unlike any other. We lost our store in the flood that devastated downtown and central Cedar Rapids. Many of our neighbors and friends lost even more, and our thoughts are with them.

We are still in business and will rebuild. We intend to remain your jeweler and help our community recover and thrive. We are in the process of finding a temporary store location in Cedar Rapids, and will broadcast it here as soon as we do.

Until then, we're operating from remote locations. Much of our premium jewelry survived in perfect condition. Our first-rate suppliers around the world are supporting us. We remain your source for superior diamonds, colored gems, fine jewelry, timepieces, and figurines.

Meanwhile, there are several ways to reach us for purchases, orders, repairs, appraisals, or detailed questions on any subject:

• Postal address 219 Second Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52401. We can still receive all mail at this downtown address, thanks to the heroic efforts of the US Postal Service.

We could not have stayed in business without you, our friends and customers. We are honored to hold your trust and confidence during many of the most personal and important purchases of your lives. We have survived all manner of upheaval over the course of our four generations in business, and we have pulled up our bootstraps to survive this one. We're determined to keep Ginsberg Jewelers, and Cedar Rapids, vibrant for many more generations.
